«Institute of Navigation JSC» produces hetero-photodiodes on the basis of firm AIGaAs solutions, which are designed for registering emission in rubidium and cesium frequency standards with laser pumping and lamp pumping. The active area of photodiode varies from 0,5 to 1,5 cm sq.

Open-frame selective photodetector FPC-6 is the basis for the lineup of photodetectors, produced by «Institute of Navigation JSC».

FPC-6 is photodiode crystal on the basis of heterostructures GaAIAs, fitted on polycor substrate without outputs.
