The development of complex of means of certification of
GLONASS system

«Institute of Navigation JSC» has developed a complex of means of certification of GLONASS system of the first stage (CMC GLONASS of the first stage), which ensures the hardware and software, technical and regulatory-methodological readiness for certification of the components and services of GLONASS system in terms of the basic navigation service and its components providing the interests of civil consumers.

CMC GLONASS of the first stage provides both the technical possibility of organizing certification of the basic navigation service of GLONASS system and its components, as well as organizing interaction with existing means and certification systems or confirming the compliance of the characteristics of the components and services of the GLONASS system.

At present, «Institute of Navigation JSC» is conducting preparatory works on development of a full-functional complex of means of certification of GLONASS system (CMC GLONASS), which provides hardware and software, technical and regulatory-methodological readiness for certification of all components and services of GLONASS system, as well as of GLONASS system in general in the interests of civilian consumers.

to provide the state client with the documentary proved compliance of GLONASS system with requirements (specified quality indicators).

to defend the customer (client) of GLONASS system from dishonest producer (supplier, executor);
